At UCHealth, giving is part of who we are.
The Care to Give program, formerly known as Employee Giving, allows employees to make a difference for fellow employees and patients in need, accelerate health care innovation, support employee education and more. You can choose where your money goes, and 100% of every dollar is reinvested in health care services and financial support for people across Colorado.
There are a few ways to give:
- Ongoing payroll deductions starting at $2 per paycheck
- One-time payroll deduction
- PTO donation

Employee Hardship Relief Fund
Caring for those who care for others
Giving to the Employee Hardship Relief Fund Fund provides short-term financial assistance to colleagues when other sources of support are not available. The EHRP provides critical basic needs to eligible employees who are experiencing severe financial distress as a result of an unforeseen emergency or catastrophic event.
Employee Scholarships
Beyond tuition reimbursement, each UCHealth region has its own unique offerings for employee education. Employee donors make a tremendous difference in the number of scholarships offered.
